New Features and Improvements for April - May 2026

In our fourth blog in our new Release Notes series, we go over the feature additions and improvements that have come out in our development releases in the latter part of April and the first part of May. New Feature/Feature Redesign/Improvement: Brand New Redesigned Homepage

 

Up first, and possibly the biggest new release, we have a totally redesigned Home Page! This new design features the existing tools you love, plus exciting new tools for viewing and managing your work. You can filter to view only your work, to view your whole team’s work, or to view the work of specific users on your team (as well as additional filtering options).

 

View a list or calendar of upcoming Projects and Items, and even use the tool to update or reschedule them. You can also view Overdue Projects and Items, and ones for which no date has been set:

Feature Improvement: Additional Groupings for “Summary of Projects” Report

 

We’ve added additional grouping options for the “Summary of Projects” report, including “by Staff”: 

 

 

Feature Improvement: “Uninvoiced $” Field Added to Reports

 

We’ve added a new field to Reports which should be available to add to most Reports, the “Uninvoiced$” field which calculates Billable$ – Invoiced$: 

 

 

Feature Improvement: Hours Remaining Column

 

We’ve added a new column that calculates the Hours Remaining on Items and Phases, which you can choose to add to your Items view on the Project Details page:

 

 

Feature Improvement: Client Tags Now Show on Project Details Page

 

We’ve added additional functionality to the Client Tags feature, by adding them to the Project Details Page. Now you can easily see Client Tags at-a-glance when working on a Project:

 

 

Feature Improvement: Library Link Projects

 

We’ve added a functionality to the Bookmarks section on the Project Details page which allows for library linking to other Projects:

 

 

 

 

Feature Improvement: Filter Save Icon

 

We’ve added a “Save” Icon to the Filters bar; when you’ve made changes to your filters that don’t match an existing saved filter, this icon suggests that you might want to save those:

 

 

Feature Improvement: New Columns in Time Spent by Billable Status Report

 

In both the “Overview” and “Detailed” versions of the “Time Spent by Billable Status” Report, we’ve added  “Invoiced Time” and “Invoiced Amount” columns to the report to easily give you that additional information when viewing your report: 

 

 

Feature Improvement: New Reports Field “Days %”

 

We’ve added the “Days %” field (as shown in the Insights module of your Project Details pages) as an optional field in reports, so you now can add that information to your reports to see what percentage of the total days scheduled on your Project that you are currently at:
