It seems like everywhere you go today you are hearing about project management – also sometimes called “PM” – software. That’s not by accident: Increasing demands on teams, shortened deadlines, and remote employees and work-from-home mandates have made creating a way to organize tasks online an imperative.
The first thing you need to do is to export your data from WorkflowMax. This can be done by exporting your data to an XML file. To do this, please follow the below steps.
- On your WorkflowMax profile, go to the Business menu, click Subscription.
- On the next screen, select the Export tab, click Export, and confirm.
You will receive an email with the subject line “WorkflowMax Export”, click on that and download your data.
Once you have your data exported, you need to send it to ProWorkflow for us to import it. You can do this by emailing the exported file to our support team (support@proworkflow.com). They’ll take care of the rest and import your data into ProWorkflow for you.
The import process may take some time. However, our team will keep you updated on the progress of the import and let you know when it’s completed. Once the import is done, you’ll have all your data in ProWorkflow, ready to use. This means you won’t have to start from scratch, and you can continue to work on your existing projects and tasks seamlessly.
