Now that you have created a PivotTable with all this data and you want to focus on smaller fragments of it, you are able to filter this!

  1. Under ‘PivotTable Fields’ click and drag the field you want to filter in the ‘FILTERS’ area below. For this example, I have filtered ‘Client’.
    Note: You will notice that in row 1 that the field Client appears.

  2. In Row 1 where the client field appeared, click the dropdown   Filter drop-down arrow here you are able to select or deselect items to see certain clients, project or data.
    This example I have filtered SMA Furniture.
