Now that you have created a PivotTable with all this data and you want to focus on smaller fragments of it, you are able to filter this!
- Under ‘PivotTable Fields’ click and drag the field you want to filter in the ‘FILTERS’ area below. For this example, I have filtered ‘Client’.
Note: You will notice that in row 1 that the field Client appears.

. - In Row 1 where the client field appeared, click the dropdown here you are able to select or deselect items to see certain clients, project or data.
This example I have filtered SMA Furniture.
