Data transfer from WorkflowMax to ProWorkflow made easy!

If you’re a WorkflowMax user and are considering a move to ProWorkflow, you may be wondering how to transfer your existing data from one platform to another. The good news is that it’s now possible to import your data from WorkflowMax to ProWorkflow, making the transition much smoother and hassle-free. In this blog post, we’ll explain the steps you need to follow to make the transfer happen.

The first thing you need to do is to export your data from WorkflowMax. This can be done by exporting your data to an XML file. To do this, please follow the below steps.

  1. On your WorkflowMax profile, go to the Business menu, click Subscription.
  2. On the next screen, select the Export tab, click Export, and confirm.
  3. You will receive an email with the subject line “WorkflowMax Export”, click on that and download your data.

Once you have your data exported, you need to send it to ProWorkflow for us to import it. You can do this by emailing the exported file to our support team ([email protected]). They’ll take care of the rest and import your data into ProWorkflow for you.

The import process may take some time. However, our team will keep you updated on the progress of the import and let you know when it’s completed. Once the import is done, you’ll have all your data in ProWorkflow, ready to use.
