ProWorkflow Nexus Release Notes
New Features and Improvements for February - March 2026
In our second blog in our new Release Notes series, we go over the feature additions and improvements that have come out in our development releases in the latter part of February and the first part of March. We’re always making improvements to ProWorkflow Nexus, and these release note blogs will help you learn about them. Click here to view our previous Release Notes blog.
Feature improvement: Reports Refinements
We’ve added increased functionality for running reports on the new financial details Nexus includes, as well as more detailed reporting on Staff reporting, including a new report on Staff Time Allocations Per Item. This allows you to easily see what time has been allocated to individual Staff members, and what time has been tracked.
Feature improvement: Recurring Jobs
We’ve added additional options for scheduling Recurring Jobs, now including Quarterly, Fortnightly, and Annually as scheduling options.
Feature improvement: Multi-drag Items on the Gantt chart
We have added the ability to multiselect and drag Items on the Project Details Gantt chart – just hold shift and select your Items, then drag to move at the same time. You still have the ability to shift dates by Phase or as an entire Project as well.
Feature improvement: Set Default View for Items on the Project Details Page
You now have the option of saving a “Default View” saved view – this allows you to customize the default for how Projects are laid out when you view them. Simply select the option to “Set as default” when saving your view:
That saved view will thereafter always be applied to Projects unless you choose to modify the filters or select another view. The Default View is also indicated on your list of saved views:
Feature improvement: Date Filters options for relative dates e.g. “last 7 days”
When setting date related filters, in addition to setting a custom date you now have relative date options including “Today”, “Yesterday”, “This Week”, “This Month”, “Last 7 Days”, and “Last 30 Days”:
Feature addition: Click to Copy Project Title on Items List Page
You now have the ability to copy the Project title from the Items List page. Simply hover over the Project title and click the “Copy Project Title” button that appears:
