Introducing Real-Time Collaboration
New Tools in ProWorkflow Nexus
An exciting feature, brand new for Nexus, has just gone live on the platform!
ProWorkflow now features real-time collaboration tools, so you can more efficiently work together with your team on your projects and items.
Now you can easily see who is contributing what in real time. Real-time collaboration is currently enabled in the description field for both the Project Details page and the details page of any item.
To use our real-time collaboration tools, simply navigate to a section that has real-time collaboration enabled, and then have the rest of your team do so as well. You will see the people who are actively viewing that page in the top right corner:
Changes made by collaborates will be indicated with different colors and with their name, so that you can easily see which team member is adding or editing what detail in real time:
