Customise Views with Columns
Easily view the most important data
As you may know by now, one of the best features of Nexus is how customizable it is. Whatever you need for your workflow, you can shape Nexus to suit! One of the ways we help you do this is with our new Columns options for your project items.
Options within options!
Columns allow you to customize the fields that you look at and pay attention to on any given project’s items. You can choose General fields, Workflow fields, Time/Progress fields, Financial fields, and financial Forecast fields.
Selecting the columns you wish to view allows you to customize the list views within ProWorkflow, allowing you to sort the Items page, Projects page, and the Items section within a Project, for maximum use and efficiency.
You can also save different column selections as “views” which allows you to set parameters for specific instances and then switch between those parameters with ease.
New Tools for Developers
Some of the newest of these options are the tools for developers that we’ve added to the General field. These include “Effort”, “Impact”, “Importance”, “Urgency”, and “Story Points”. Allow your development team to effectively prioritize and organize their workflow by categorizing their work appropriately with these fields!
