About the Invoice plugin

We designed the invoice plugin to make it really easy to create invoices using ProWorkflow, you can create invoices based on all or part of your time tracked, or use simple line items & quoted amount.

Once you've created your invoices you can send them direct to your clients from ProWorkflow via email with the address and date recorded for you. If you prefer to send them through your own email address then you can export your invoice to XML, PDF or CSV and simply attach it to an email.

With the Invoice plugin you can...

  • Easily create Invoices based on Quoted prices, hourly rates or standard line items
  • Include project expenses
  • Add regular charges to your “Fixed Cost Items” library and use them in any invoice
  • Send your invoices to your client as an HTML email with the sent date recorded in ProWorkflow
  • Setup invoice templates for different companies
  • Manage negative line items, margins and discounts
  • Export your invoices to XML, CSV or PDF for archiving or analysis
  • Produce reports. An excellent format for sending statements to clients

What do I need to use the Invoice plugin?
You need to have the following to use this cool feature!

      1. An Active ProWorkflow account (subscription or code).

Is this compatible with Windows XP? Vista? Mac?
Yes! It works great on all these systems.

Note: As both ProWorkflow and Xero are online solutions, they require a modern web browser, ie: Chrome, FireFox, IE.

Does it integrate with accounting packages?
Yes! Currently with QuickBooks, Xero & KashFlow

Which ProWorkflow plans does this work with?

The Invoice plugin has an additional cost of $10 per month for subscription accounts.
