Annual User License / Pricing Info
There are two costs associated with downloaded code. They are as follows:

1. Base Code Pricing - Purchase pricing of encrypted code is based on $240 per user. This price includes the first 12 months 'Annual User License'.
2. Annual User Activation License - The Annual User Activation License is: $240 per user per year. (Approx $0.50 a day per user!)

About the Annual User Activation License
The annual user activation license covers users for ongoing product support and further product development (free maintenance updates). In addition, users will have access to the customer area on this website for additional support and resources.

What Happens if I Don't Renew?
You will be notified via a message on your login page 30x days from your renewal date. You can purchase a renewal from the Client Area or by contacting us.
If you don't renew your license, your application will become locked out (once expired) until you renew your license. Your database will still be accessible.

How Many Users do I Need?
The number of users relates to the number of STAFF that have login access. All versions allow you to have unlimited CLIENTS and CONTRACTORS login.

Number Upgrades:
You can purchase new user upgrades at any time by visiting the upgrades page. Additional user licenses cost $240 each.
