Unfortunately, our plugins are part of ProWorkflow, so you can only use them as part of the program as a whole, not a separate part. The plugins use key data from the ProWorkflow solution to function. This may change in the future so feel welcome to join the mailing list to be notifies of updates.
Generally speaking, no, However you're welcome to talk to us if you have a larger number of users (100-1000+) as occasionally offer price breaks for these larger accounts.
If you have internal systems in place, we can work with you to either show you how to replace those systems with ProWorkflow, or use ProWorkflow alongside your systems. Alternatively, we can look at customization of the core solution for larger accounts. Development costs are involved, so please contact us for a quote.
We can remove or add the plugins from your account whenever you want. Just drop us an email and it'll be done.
We offer free email & phone support (contact page) which is sufficient for most customers. If however you require one on one or group training then we can provide this as a paid service which can be done via remote web conferencing.

Yes we certainly do! You can setup a free trial account by visiting the trial accounts page. These accounts are hosted on our servers and can easily be upgrades to live subscription accounts when the trial period finishes.
Any data you entered in the trial account can be imported to a live account.
Of course not! We don’t punish you for being successful! ;-)
You can have unlimited clients and contractors, and they can even log into the system to access their projects and tasks at no extra charge to you.
ProWorkflow is a dynamic web based application proudly written in ColdFusion MX using a MS SQL database, Thanks Adobe for the great development platform!
Nothing is ever deleted in ProWorkflow, it is just flagged in the database as 'deleted'. This means that we can retrieve anything whatsoever from your database.
We are currently developing an API that will give people the ability to integrate ProWorkflow with many external applications. Hopefully we will see some cool integrations that users develop.
Importing Contacts
You can currently import contacts into the system through CSV or XML.
If you have many contacts in a file (ie: CSV, XL etc), we can manually add these contacts into the system for you at a nominal cost. Contact us for more information.
Exporting Contacts
You can currently export contacts from the system to either CSV or XML. These formats can easily be opened into MS Excel. The exported contacts can then be used for mail merges or to import to other applications.

Outlook
We are currently in the process of integrating with Outlook calendar and Outlook exchange server. We plan to sync the projects, tasks and contacts with Outlook. There is no ETA on this but it is a priority and there will be an email sent to the email userbase when done.

Yes you certainly can, there is an allocation of file space with each account. If needed the allocated file space can be increased. There is also a file space management tool built into the application.
The space can be used to upload PDF's, Word docs, visuals, proposals or other docs that need to be accessible to project members.
People can be wary about putting their data on another company’s servers, but all accounts are separate installations on the server, all accounts use 128 bit secure logins, the MS SQL databases are password protected and all staff here have privacy/confidentiality contracts on place.
Accounts can not be URL hacked, they are hidden from search engines and no usernames/passwords exist in written or offline form. The only access to the servers is by remote desktop, restricted to our internal IP addresses.
All of our staff are under extensive confidentiality agreements and will always treat information as sensitive.
We have a larger solution called www.proworkflowenterprise.com. ProWorkflow Enterprise is for large scale corporate bodies, and incorporates hierarchy, groups, teams, roles, internal clients, org charts and more! This solution is designed for 100 to 1000+ users with each account having it's own dedicated server.

We backup customer data every 6 hours and weekly to both local servers and a remote server location, and with 14 day retention. There is also a tool in the application to let you download your database at any time so you can have onsite backups.
In addition, the program is structured in a way that no data is ever lost, it is just flagged as deleted in the database, allowing our admin to recover any data the customer may have accidentally deleted.
