	Customizing the Solution


The ProWorkflow solution is designed to be a 'base application'. We realize that all businesses have specific needs and as such, it is difficult to cater for all of these. If you have specific needs for your business and would like a quote on customization, please feel welcome to contact us!. A ProWorkflow representative will contact you to to discuss the customization and answer any questions you may have. Note: Only the 'Advanced' plan can have the code customized.


		SOME CUSTOMIZATION EXAMPLES:

	Customizing Subscription Accounts


Only the 'Advanced' plan can have the code customized. This does change the 'per user' cost to '$40 p/m. In addition, rather than shared hosting, we can offer a dedicated server account solely for your company. Contact us for more information.

Only 'Advanced' plans can be customized
Standard development rate is USD$150p/h
Minimum customization charge is USD$2k
Customization costs are billed monthly (in addition to subscription fees)
Upgrades are available depending on the level of your customization & Installation is charged at our hourly rate
Only one nominated contact at your company can request changes
Source Code is available to install locally (by quote/application)
